Ephimera is a space in the heart of Madrid, in one of the main commercial streets of the capital. It can be accessed by foot at street level and has a facade of nearly 10 meters. It’s a new and original venue in the center of the city.
If the work of the future is increasingly linked to creativity and less and less about sitting in front of a computer, the workspace of the future is not going to be an office, but rather a workshop or a laboratory. This venue is the workshop where the new models of business were born that propelled Ephimera forward – the company responsible for this website, Masqueespacios – among others.
This is a venue where creative activities take place, the birth and development of new initiatives, and it’s where a lot of ideas are put into practice every day, where “it looks good on paper” is put to the test against reality. Everything is made possible in this laboratory.
The venue consists of 300 sq meters on the ground floor, and the upper floor has 80 sq meters and natural light across the whole level thanks to a skylight concealed within its interior. The refurbishment of the venue combines elements of the original locale, which was a glass-making factory from the early 20th century, with a touch of innovation that that befits this venue of experimentation.
On the upper level there are two meeting rooms and a reception area with large windows. The lower level can be divided into three rooms, perfect for the welcome, a coffee, and the event itself. The venue is ideal for groups of up to 100 people both in cocktail setting or for seated events (theater, cabaret or banquet).
The functionality of this venue is very noteworthy, which results in it being perfect for both corporate conventions and also for product launches and pop-ups. The whole venue is adapted for people with reduced mobility. The venue’s immediate vicinity is pedestrianized and has a public parking lot directly opposite.
